Create an omni-channel Spring marketing campaign to gear up for their pop up Spring sales event
The solution
Knowing a new spring catalog would be the jumping off point for this concept, I built an omni-channel campaign thinking of the customer journey and the desired outcome as a whole, to convert more customers. That would include a fresh catalog for the season, a mailer invite for an upcoming pop up event, a bag for their purchases at the event, and a thank you insert with a free sample pack in each bag. Every step along the way the recipient is given incentive to increase buying potential.
When it came to design, I focused on incorporating a bright, light and airy color scheme to connect to the Spring-time feel supported by a healthy amount of white space to speak to the high-end nature of the product, while bringing a clean, modern look to the brand. Using straight lines and hard edges expressed the company’s modern style, mixed with a handwritten font to express their flirty feminine vibe. Each title page consists of composite imaging for a visual contents page of what can be found in each section of the catalog. The coupon on the catalog, the treatment of the address on the mailer, and the thank you insert were designed to give the recipient the feeling that a friend just sent them a gift, signed with love, fostering the customer's trust and loyalty to the brand.
