The mission
Build an email marketing machine that included mapped out automated customer journeys that welcomed new subscribers and targeted flows based on the subscriber behavior. The goal is to build brand awareness and drive sales by promoting products and brewery events with strategic email campaigns and customer journeys.

The solution
Customer journeys were conceptualized and constructed to meet the needs and interests of subscribers throughout various stages of engagement. This included welcome flows tailored to how the contact subscribed, for example, a pop up on the brewery website versus at an event. Other flows included birthday flows to celebrate customers and promote all the ways the brewery can be a part of their celebrations, thanks for visiting, repeat purchaser flows, as well as win-back and sunset flows for non-engaged contacts. Journey and campaign designs feature can photography, mock-ups, user generated content, and animated gifs.
